From the minute you walk into Beryl, you can literally feel the difference that an engaged workforce makes. It’s obvious that they live what they teach. The workshop I attended was informative, thought-provoking and practical. Lara and Rick provided information we could take into our workplace and apply quickly as well as how to develop a strategic approach to building an engaged workforce. We are in the beginning stages of a major culture shift to “People Excellence” as the cornerstone that creates excellence in guest interactions, our product, and our internal and external partnerships. We now have a better roadmap to help us reach our destination.
