About
a little about us
The Circle is a culture training company designed to share best practices and consulting services to organizations looking to enjoy the benefits of an employee-focused work environment.
We formed The Circle as an extension of Beryl, a nationally recognized patient experience company that gained success by embracing employee engagement and culture. Beryl believes that when you invest in your employees and they enjoy what they do, they in turn take care of the customer and the organization thrives. Beryl’s unique and transparent culture has led to seven “Best Place to Work” awards since 2003.
The Circle leverages Beryl’s proven practices to help organizations implement culture programs that will change the way they do business. We are passionate about making workplaces fun, engaging, transparent, rewarding and profitable.
